Bonjour mes cheries! A brief hump day pick-me-up. We found a fab apt rental (and others like it) on homeaway.com, which has great vacation deals which even the poorest little rich girl can afford (with a few extra hours of overtime). This tres chic little apartment in the 18th Arrondissement in Paris sleeps four comfortably and is in a great location. For $1,250 for the week, grab your best 4 or 5 girlfriends and say au revoir rainy NYC and heeelllllooooo cute frenchmen. And chocolate croissants. And the Musee D'orsee. And that guy you met when you were backpacking with your high school friends through Europe at that bar next to the Seine with the really cute... ok. Maybe that was just us.
We've found from studying abroad that renting apartments is a way cheaper route to go than the standard hotel, and you can often get good deals in great central locations. We'd suggest trying to find some when visiting Prague, Barcelona, Amsterdam, among a few others! Have any more plrg travel tips? Write in and let us know!
