poor little rich bitch in the kitch

In honor of the Easter Holiday, tonight my little plrgs, we are going to make HEALTHY deviled eggs. Every plrg needs a specialty dish to bring to holiday dinner parties - and here is one that you can call your own (I promise I won't tell). Now bounce right into that kitch and get to it!

Ingredients (for 8 deviled eggs):
4 hard-boiled egg
4 teaspoon low-fat plain yogurt
4 teaspoon yellow mustard
4 tablespoon fresh chives, diced
Dash of salt and black pepper

Cooking Directions for HEALTHY Deviled Eggs:
Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and gently scoop yolks into bowl.
Mix yogurt, mustard, chives and salt/pepper with yolk.
Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white. Garnish with chive pieces.

Complimentary dish: Some rabbit food in honor of the bunny. Mix spinach with fresh strawberries, and almonds. Dress the salad with 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of honey, and 1 teaspoon sugar.

ENJOY! And just because of the holiday, go ahead - eat the chocolate ester bunny your Mom gave you. But don't think I will be that nice next week...
